Terms and Conditions for NV Hospitalities

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the NV Hospitalities website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Definitions

•”Client,” “You,” “Your”: Refers to the individual or entity using our services.

•”Services”: Refers to the tour packages, travel arrangements, and related services offered by NV Hospitalities.

2. Booking and Payments

a. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after NV Hospitalities receives the required payment and sends a confirmation email or document to the Client.

b. Payment Terms

•A deposit, as specified at the time of booking, is required to confirm your reservation.

•The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

•Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking.

c. Pricing

Prices for tour packages are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, fuel costs, government taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored, unless there are significant changes beyond our control.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or postal mail) to NV Hospitalities. The effective date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the written request. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

•[Specify Cancellation Policy – e.g., 30 days prior to departure: 25% of total cost; 15-29 days prior: 50%; Less than 15 days: 100%]

•No refunds will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

b. Cancellation by NV Hospitalities

NV Hospitalities reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, insufficient number of participants, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, Clients will be offered an alternative tour of similar value or a full refund of the amount paid. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Client (e.g., non-refundable flights, visas).

4. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

a. Client Responsibility

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other travel documents required for their chosen destination. NV Hospitalities will not be liable for any expenses, delays, or issues arising from the Client’s failure to obtain necessary documents.

b. Health and Fitness

Clients must ensure they are medically fit for the chosen tour package. Any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities must be disclosed to NV Hospitalities at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we believe the Client’s health condition may jeopardize their safety or the safety of others.

5. Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all Clients. It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.

6. Itinerary Changes

NV Hospitalities reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to operational reasons, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to provide alternatives of similar standard and value. Major changes will be communicated to the Client as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

NV Hospitalities acts only as an agent for various service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport companies). We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. Our liability for any claim arising from our negligence or breach of contract will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the NV Hospitalities website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of NV Hospitalities or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.

10. Amendments to Terms

NV Hospitalities reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website. It is the Client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
