As a travel service provider, our “delivery” pertains primarily to digital documents and the commencement of travel services.
Upon successful booking and receipt of full payment, NV Hospitalities will deliver your essential travel documents. These documents typically include:
•Tour Confirmation Voucher: A confirmation of your booking details, itinerary, and services included.
•Detailed Itinerary: A day-by-day breakdown of your tour, including activities, accommodations, and transportation details.
•Hotel Vouchers: Confirmation for your accommodation bookings.
•Flight/Train Tickets: E-tickets for flights or train journeys, if included in your package.
•Visa Assistance Documents: Any necessary documents or guidance for visa applications, if applicable.
•Important Travel Information: Tips, guidelines, and emergency contact details.
All travel documents will primarily be delivered electronically:
•Email: Documents will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam/junk folders.
•Secure Online Portal (if applicable): In some cases, documents may be accessible through a secure online portal, with login details provided via email.
•Initial Confirmation: An initial booking confirmation and payment receipt will be sent immediately upon successful payment.
•Final Travel Documents: Complete travel documents will typically be delivered 7-14 days prior to your departure date, provided full payment has been received. For last-minute bookings, documents will be sent as soon as possible after confirmation.
It is the client’s responsibility to:
•Ensure that the email address provided is correct and actively monitored.
•Notify NV Hospitalities immediately if documents are not received within the specified timeline.
•Print or save digital copies of all documents for your travel.
The “delivery” of our core services commences on the first day of your tour package, as per your confirmed itinerary. This includes:
•Meet and Greet: Our representative or driver will meet you at the designated pick-up point (e.g., airport, railway station, hotel) as specified in your itinerary.
•Transportation: Provision of vehicles for transfers and sightseeing as per the package.
•Accommodation: Check-in to pre-booked hotels/resorts.
•Guided Tours/Activities: Commencement of planned activities and tours with guides, where applicable.
While we strive for timely delivery of documents and seamless commencement of services, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. These may include:
•Technical issues with email delivery.
•Delays from third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels).
•Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest).
In case of any anticipated delays or issues, NV Hospitalities will endeavor to inform you promptly and provide alternative solutions or support.
